Application
This series of lathe is suitable for turning both external and internal cylindrical surfaces, tapered surfaces and other rotary surfaces, reaming holes and cutting oil grooves. It also can produce a large number of threads of different kinds, including Whitworth, metric, diametral and module threads.
Design feature
Bed ways are wider than normal for greater accuracy and strength, and induction hardened for long service life.
Controls are conveniently located, including joystick-operated feed/rapid feature, to make operation a pleasurable experience.
This machine is structurally designed to be more rigid, and this makes it more suitable for high- speed and heavy cutting.
