This continuous pasteurizing tunnel cooler is mainlyapplied to pasteurize the cap by heat of drink insides. It is applicable tobottles with a diameter no more than 76mm and a height no more than 250mm.

1. This continuous pasteurizing tunnel cooleradopts synchronous conveying and PCL system. Its motor is controlled by OMRONmicrocomputer. Frequency conversion speed regulation system is adopted forconvenient setting or adjustment of the production speed.
2. The main machine is made up of stainless steel AISI304 and features niceappearance and good sanitation conditions.
3. The rotating angle of the bottle is set at 110 degree. This is to ensurefull contact between internal materials and the combination position betweenbottle sealing surface and cap. A special device is also adopted for vibrationduring the transition of the bottles. It facilitates full heat exchange.
4. The conveyor chain consists of macromolecule material heat resisting chainboard and stainless steel chain. This conveyor chain is flat in surface andwearing resistant.
5. On the chain board, a heat resisting rubber pad is used to separate bottlesand to fix them. It ensures the stable running of the bottles.
6. The main electrical components of this continuous pasteurizing tunnelcooler, like contractor switch, transducer, are imported from internationalbrands to ensure the performance of the whole machine.
