Our tracking LED miner cap lamp uses TAG, TRACK function chip, which meets international chip producers’ requirements. For instance, the chip meets the German company SCHAUENBURG design standards and is compliant with Australian MINE SITE chip size requirements.

1. Our tracking LED cap lamp is light, anti-explosion, energy saving, corrosion resistant, waterproof and environmentally friendly.
2. When the primary LED doesn't work due to lack of power, the auxiliary lighting will function as backup or emergency lighting for a period of time.
3. The color temperature is less than 6500k, which helps protect your eyes.
4. The chip of the tracking LED miner cap lamp is imported from well-known companies like American CREE, providing great stability, low light attenuation and protection for the eyes.
5. The lampshade is made of imported plastics, making it wear-resistant and durable. All the materials adopted are environmentally friendly and compliant with RoSH standards.
6. It uses a special kind of Li-ion battery as its power source, which is added a special protection device to ensure safety performance. Anti-static battery case is optional.
7. It can be used with existing LED miner cap lamp chargers, and we also have our own designed charger to match with the lamp.

Applications

The tracking LED miner cap lamp can be easily placed on a helmet as a cap lamp or be attached to the miners' waist or be used as a handheld lamp. It is usually used in mines for exploitation of metallic minerals such as gold ore, diamond ore, iron ore, copper ore, as well as non-metallic minerals like coal, selenium, etc. It can also be used in underground tunnel projects.
