Features
1. For the vertical slitting machine, the rewinding and unwinding are onthe same side. The control system operation interface is controlled directly onthe upper and lower panels of the same side. The operation is easy andconvenient.
2. The main motor adopts a variable frequency inverter toadjust the speed.
3. During operation, the tension of the material filmcan be adjusted automatically asthe feeding material device adopts an automatic tension control system.
4. The traction, impression roller is controlled by two air cylinders and its pressure can be adjusted freely.
5. The edge correction device adopts synchronous motor, high precision ballthread rod, bearing steel slideand linear bearing to realize transverse motion, with movement travel up to 120mm. Automatic edge correcting makesthe slitting more accurate.
6. The slitting operation is doneusing flat cutter and circular cutter. The blade ofthe flat cutter is dual side shaving blade. Thecircular cuttercompletes sliting through pneumatic clamping.
7. The computer control slitting machine adoptsa blowerto blow off thewaste edge.
8. The rolling shaft adopts horizontal rotating dual air shaftrolling design. Thetransmission connection point adopts pneumatic clutch. This makes it possible for one person to operate the machine.
9. The slitting machine has an automatic meter counter which can automatically countmeters and show speed during the operation.
10. All guide rollers with imported anti-slip tapes avoid wiredrawing caused by rollerslipping.
