Composite Air-Cooling Pulverizer

Longchang KFLB composite air-cooling pulverizer is developed on the basis of KFLair-cooling pulverizer. However, it presents manyadvantages over KFL pulverizer.
1. There are two bag-filter systems: in cycloneand dust collector. The powder is still discharged from the cyclone mainly. Theformer cyclone (in KFL model) is changed into two parts: the upper pocket filter and lower cyclone. This improvement ismainly applicable to grind the mixture material and get the homogeneous powdermixture, which reduces the mixing process. Two pulse dedustingsystems are equipped for both the bag filters in cyclone and dust collector,which flap down the powder on the bags and keep the airflow smooth, ensuringthe long-time operation.
2. A vibration deviceinstalled in the cyclone can effectively prevent materials from adhering to thecylinder wall, which avoids manual knocking, thus reducing the labor intensity.
