Working Principle
The cores of troches or pills perform sophisticated movements in the rotating coatingcylinder, and the spray feeding system is pressurized to spray thecoating medium on the cores automatically via the spray gun. Meanwhile, the clean air supplied by the airheater passes through the core layer and quickly dries thecoating medium on the surface of cores, forming a layer of hard, smooth surfacefilm.
