Features
1. Theroller of the coarse rubber crusher is made of chilled cast iron with vanadiumand titanium alloys. The roller face is hard and anti-wear and the front rollerand the back roller are fluted. The internal cavity of the roller is processedto make the temperature well proportioned on the roller surface.
2. The coarse rubber crusher is equipped with anoverload protection device to prevent the major components from being damageddue to overloading.
3. It is equipped with an emergencydevice. When an emergency accident happens, just draw the safety pull rod andthe machine will stop immediately. It is safe and reliable.
4. The transmission uses a hardened NGWplanetary reducer or herringbone gear reducer. It has a compact structure,produces low noise and is highly efficient.
5. The coarse rubbercrusher uses a whole body of the base or sub-base and is easy to install.
