Advantages of the Transparent PVC Film
1. The PVC film is mainly made of PVC material and consists of EPE sponge and black film. Germany imported production equipment provides our transparent PVC film with uniform and accurate thickness. The available film thickness is between 0.07mm and 2.0mm, and the thickness tolerance is 0.005mm. In addition, the PVC film width ranges from 30cm to 220cm and hardness from PHR18 to 60 to suit customers’ varied demands.
2. The transparent PVC film offers high surface brightness. It has refractive index between 160 and 170 when measured by a refractometer at 60 degrees angle. Meanwhile, it features good processability and ink absorption, so it can be welded by high frequency welding machines and printed by various type of printing equipment.
3. Ancillary materials acquired from BASF and CIBA companies provide our transparent PVC film with good fire retardancy, mould proofness, air tightness and good resistance to static, aging, UV, and so on. Test reports by SGS and TüV are available.
4. DINCH plasticizer from BASF Company, coupled with our special production equipment, allows us to offer eco-friendly transparent PVC film up to EN71- III, ROHS, 2005/84/EC, 94/62/EC, REACH, PAHS and related international standards.

Applications of Transparent PVC Film
Due to above advantages, our transparent PVC film is widely used in home textile, cloth, hardware, and cosmetic packaging industries.
