Introduction

In our citrus extractor, the citrus is fed into the extraction cups one by oneand to a stationary lower cup in which the fruit is centered and positioned forextraction. A cylindrical cutter located at the center of the low cup then cutsa circle through the peel in the lower part of the fruit. The juice and pulpare forced toward an opening and go through a strainer tube. This tube cuts thecircular peel at the circular peel at the bottom of the fruits in differentdiameters according to the need.
At the end of the stroke in the upper cup, a piston squeezes the juice outthrough the tubes holes, discharge the used pulp and peel piece into acontainer. The peel is then used for extraction of essential oils.
