Equipment Components and Structural Features of Chip Spreader

It is composed of electrical system, hydraulic system, mechanical system, air supply system, water spraying system and operation system.

Electrical system
- Separately-controlled 16 discharge doors for flexible adjustment of spreading width.
- The hopper can be lifted and lowered in the driver's cab or on the console.
- Perfect lighting system for easy light construction.
- Hopper lifting limit alarm to enhance safety.
- Electrical connection between the automobile and the equipment adopts quick plug structure, easy for disassembling.

Hydraulic system
- Imported components go through strict detection and adjustment for the stability of system.
- System refitting achieves two different working modes: pre-disassemble and post-disassemble.
- Equipped with filter to keep the hydraulic oil clean, the system stable and durable.
- The refitted hydraulic circuit ensures that the hopper with heavy load could uniformly and stably descend.
- The hydraulic circuit connection between the vehicle and chip spreader adopts quick plug structure, easy for disassembly.

Mechanical system
- The fine tuning device installed can adjust single discharge door to effectively realize spreading evenness.
- Unique roller anti-slipping device solves the problem of stone skidding on the roller.
- Inclination angle of separating plate and discharge plate can be adjusted to fit for spreading stones of different specifications (S3—S24mm).

Air supply and water spraying system
