Features of Centrifugal Spray Dryer
High drying speed: When raw material is atomized, the surface area will greatly increase. 65~98% of moisture can be vaporized in hot air stream momentarily. The drying time to be used is only 5~15 seconds.
Finished products of this drying machine feature uniform size, good solubility and high purity.
It is simple to operate and convenient to regulate. Automatic operation is realized.
Powder dust can be avoided during operation.

Working Principle of Centrifugal Spray Dryer
Air is turned into hot air through heater and enters into hot air distributor at the top of dry chamber and then enters into dry chamber and rotates in the state of helix. Meanwhile, liquid of raw material is sent to centrifugal atomizer through stepless variable screw pump, in which the liquid atomizes small drops. And air and liquid of raw material flow and contact each other, so moisture vaporizes rapidly and the material is dried into finished product in a short time. Lastly, the finished product is discharged through the bottom cyclone separator of drier and the wasted air is exhausted through fan.
