ZSC62 (TC132) series centrifugal cleaner is a pulp cleaner that is madeusing advanced cleaner technology from Andritz-Ahlstrom. It can effectivelyremove hot melt material, ink, fiber bundle and impurity from paper pulp. Withthe advantages of superior cleaning efficiency and minimum fiber loss, ourcleaner is widely used in paper approach systems, waste paper pulping anddeinking systems.
Our centrifugal cleaner mainly consists of cleaner unit, reject cone, inlet andoutlet pulp tube, reject tube and frame.
Features
1. Our centrifugal cleaneris compact and modularly constructed for great flexibility.
2. The stock under certain pressure (standard pressure difference Pmin=130KPa)enters the cleaner and generates vortex. High efficiency, smooth operation andlow fiber loss can be achieved by appropriately adjusting stock consistency,pressure difference and reject ratio.
3. The cleaner units areassembled in parallel and arranged vertically, resulting in easy installationand maintenance.
4. The utilization of OK-type reject cone in the special fiber recovery sectionhelps keep fiber loss to a minimum.
5. The capacity can be adjusted by combining one or several standard cleanerunits.
