Design Features
(1) Body and cover. Precision machined castings.
(2) Exclusve: Disc shaft does not penetatebody.
(3) Disc: Robust one-piece construction to withstand the severe shock of check valveservice. Hard faced with 13 CR, Stellite 6,SS 316,or Monel, Ground and lappedto mirror finish. Sizes2-6"(50-150mm) may have soild CA15(13CR)disc. SS316 disc with Stellite 6 facing also available.
(4) Disc assembly. Disc is fastened securely to disc hanger with a lock nut andcotter pin. Disc is free to rotate to avoid localized wear. Disc hanger issupported on a sturdy disc carrier hinge pin of excellent bearing qualities.ALL parts are accessible from top for easy servicing.
