WorkPrinciple
The feeder transmits the pre-printed and cutcardboard from the paper shelf to the convey chain and then sends it to theshaping mold. During this procedure, the cardboard has been glued and you canadjust the position of the gluing. The volume of gluing can be measured whilein progress without stopping work. After being glued, the shaped cardboard willbe conveyed to a collector to be auto calculated as the preconcertquantity and auto mark without stopping production.

1. The finishedproducts are counted automatically by a counter device.
2. It has low load power, about 10KW. Speed adjust by inventor brings moreaccurate.
3. The carton erecting machine uses a PLC encoder, has high automatic function,easy to operate and adjust, and causes less fault. Maintenance is convenient.
4. It uses a servo control system, making it more smooth, accurate, stable andwith small vibration.

Production Speed
The highest production speed can be 720 pieces per minute.  The packaging dimensions are 3M×2M×1.5M. The machine covers an area of 3M × 4Mand weighs approximately 3 tons.
