Sharpening Stone Brief Introduction

Usage Instructions on the Sharpening Stone
1. Immerse the sharpening stone in water for 5 minutes before use, and then put it on a steady, flat surface. Hold the knife at an angle of 10 - 30° to the sharpening stone surface, and then grind the edge on the surface of sharpening stone back and forth with a gentle pressure, and sharpen it until the edge is sharp enough.
We recommend using the sharpening stone for knife sharpening once a week to keep your blade sharp and smooth all the time.

2. Please wipe the knife with wet cloth or rinse it with water after sharpening, and then dry it. Clean the sharpening stone surface with a soft brush and let it air dry.

Caution
1. Use the whole surface of the sharpening stone to keep the consistency when sharpening knives.
2. Protect the stone well and avoid it falling down from a height.
3. The sharpening result is much better when using with sharpening oil.
4. Put the knife sharpening stone and/or knife beyond the reach of children.
