Huilong fiberglass heating tape
is suitable for heating tanks and pipes of various kinds of industrial
equipment. It is mainly made of electrical heating material and insulation
material. The former is nickel-chromium alloy strip, which features quick
heating, high thermal efficiency and long life. The latter is multilayer alkali
free fiberglass, which offers great heat resistance and insulation performance.

1. The product is suitable for use in environments where there is no explosive
gas and the relative humidity is lower than <80％.
2. The heating tape should be covered with an insulation layer so as to reduce
heat loss.
3. If the object to be wrapped is uneven, such as a valve, you’d better use 1.5cm tape to ensure good contact between
heating tape and the object.
4. A metal plate should be applied in the overlap area for enhanced heat
dissipation, thus avoiding damage caused due to overheating problem.
