DXD-K80C is a granule packing machine is suitable for packing loose, non-sticky granular materials such as pellets, sugar, soup, oatmeal, seeds, coffee, instant drinks, pills, and more. Our packing machine is used in the pharmaceutical, food, dairy, and agricultural industries.

Features of Granule Packing Machine
Our granule packing machine has been designed to implement three-side sealing or four-side sealing. The machine offers smooth performance, low noise and firm airtight sealing - extraordinary packing efficiency. The film runs fast and continuously, efficiently sealing packing on three or four sides. The PLC and touch screen enable easy adjustments. The photoelectric tracking system ensures correct printing and accurate counting. The transducer allows you reliably change the running speed. The temperature controller easily adjusts sealing temperature.

Servo motor driver is implemented and any desired pouch length can be set up at the touch screen. Longitudinal and transverse sealing are automatically determined with in-phase tracking thus saving time and material (compared to a mechanical driver). Bag pulling is smoother and easier to adjust. Our DXD-K80C assures an airtight, smooth and finished product and packing efficiency.

The measuring cup automatically feeds the precise amount of dosing. Our Granule Packing Machine can fill material with high temperature making it suitable for high speed bag packing.

We offer optional cutting methods of flat (with tear notch and fracture line and an optional ink roller coding machine
