Calf Pulmonary Surfactant for Injection
Description
CalfPulmonary Surfactant for Injection (CALSURF)is an extract of health newborn calflung surfactant. It consists of phospholipids, cholesterol, triglyceride, freefatty acids and Pulmonary surfactant protein (proteinSP-B and SP-C). In the CALSURF, total phospholipidsis not less than 80%, lecithin is not less than 55%, protein is 1-2%. In addition, each bottle of this product contains drymatter equal to 2 ml 5% glucose and 0.9% sodium chloride injection.
Calf Pulmonary Surfactant for injection is a white to creamy white suspension of poractant alfa.
Indication
CALSURF isindicated for the treatment (rescue) of Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS) in premature infants by Clinical and chestradiographs diagnosed.
