Description of Silicon Steel Slitting Line
This line is specially produced for cutting big silicon steel coil into strips for silicon steel cores, which are widely used in transformer, current/voltage transformer and other electric apparatus.

Components of Silicon Steel Slitting Line
The line is composed of hydraulic expansion decoiler, No.1 storage pit, slitting machine, No. 2 storage pit, guiding & tension device, recoiler, unloading car, hydraulic system and control system.

Full-automatic Silicon Steel Cut-to-length Line
This line is designed by our company with technology similar to GEORG Germany. It combines bevel cutting and V-shape notching together. Hole punching is optional.

With technology similar to GEORG Germany, this line is totally designed by ourselves. It combines the functions of bevel cutting and V-shape notching together (Hole punching is optional).

2 High precision servo feeding device, feeding precision 0.1mm

This silicon steel cut-to-length line is only used for cutting silicon steel strips into core pieces with both ends in 45. This line should be worked with a V-shape notching machine and shearing machine to finish all the cutting & notching for silicon steel core pieces.

Diagonal Slitting Machine

This machine is suitable for diagonal (curve) slitting silicon steel strips for cores in round section, trapezoidal section, rectangular section, etc., for both plane and tri-dimensional cores.
The diagonal slitting machine is equipped with special software (installed in computer, Windows based) which helps design the cores, calculate core dimensions and dimensions of strip to be diagonal slit.
