The CNC slitting production line is used to decoil, slit and roll the metalplate into finished products with required width. It is used for processingcommon carbon steel plate, medium carbon steel plate and low alloy steel plate.
As required, thisproduction line can be equipped with an EPC automatic centering system tofacilitate material feeding, improve productivity and precision, and protectplate surface. The EPC automatic edge controlling system can also be offered toensure the uniform rewinding, which is especially suitable for rewinding wideplate.
The CNC slitting production line is composed of a loading car, decoiler,leveler, shearing machine, slitting machine, scrap recoiler, tensioningmechanism, recoiler, discharging device and so on.
