The CNC slitting line isused to decoil, slit and roll the metal plate into finished products withrequired width. It is used for processing cold and hot rolled carbon steel,silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel, etc.
As required, this line can be equipped with an automatic edge position control(EPC) system or a CPC automatic centering system to facilitate materialfeeding, improve productivity and precision, and protect plate surface.The EPC automatic edge controlling system can be offered to ensure the uniformrewinding, which is especially suitable for rewinding wide plate.
The CNC slitting line is composed of a loading car, decoiler, leveler, shearingmachine, slitting machine, scrap recoiler, tensioning mechanism, recoiler,discharging device and so on.
