Performance Characteristics

1. The CNC shearing machineuses the DAC350 or 360 control system of HollandDelem, whichprovides accurate control of the back gauge,shearing stroke, angle, and the clearance between the upper and lower blades together with the number of work pieces.

2. The shearing angle can be easily adjusted through auto-programming, decreasing the deflection of the work piece.

3. The stroke of toolslide can be adjusted automatically to realize the quickand accurate shearing of small work piece and to increase the work efficiency.

4. The shearing blades with four edges help extend the service life.
5. The high speed and large lead back gauge oflinear guideway and ballscrew feature the speed which is up to 200vmm/s, andthe maximum stroke of back gauge can reach 1,000mm.
6. The CNC shearing machine can adjust the clearancebetween the upper and lower blades automatically according to the differentthickness and materials of the plate and improves the shearingquality.
7. The use of an integrated hydraulic system from BOSCH orHOERBIGER decreases the pipe connection and eliminates the oil leakage. It increasesthe stability and provides the CNC shearing machine with a simpleand attractive design.
