Features
1. The CNC Heavy-DutyHorizontal Lathe SWC61200Z Series is suitable for machining ferrous-metal,non-ferrous metal or part non-metal components with carbide alloy or porcelaincutter, on the machine, cylindrical turning and boring, taping, surfacing,curving, slotting, threading as well as drilling can be carried out roughly andfinely.
2. The main drive is driven by D.C motor through two steps mechanism to reachspeeds range for spindle, which is through structure and supported byhigh-precise double-row short cylindrical rolling bearings with adjustableradial clearance. It has the best supporting diameterand span because of optimized design so as to improve its swiveling accuracyand static, dynamic rigid.
3. The feed for the CNC model is transmitted by A.C servo motor. A highlyprecise ball screw is used for transversal movement, high-accurate importedrack with hardened and grinding in longitudinal to make carriage feed and rapidtravel. Ball screw is used for longitudinal in 5000mm, and by double pinion withallowance eliminating-imported rack for over 5000mm. For universal type CNC lathe,the concentrated transmission (by spindle) is used to get feed or threading.
4. The CNC system uses SIEMENS or FANUC and semi-closed loop control. Other CNCsystems can be selected by customer\'s requirements.
5. According to the customer\'s demands, the following can be provided: entire-closedloop control, milling and boring, angle-dividing and feed for main spindle,grinding, cooling device as well as the second carriage and its closed loopcontrol device.
