The CNC gantry machining center with movable beam and movable column has atotal of five coordinate axes, including X1 axis, X2 axis, Y axis, Z axis andW2 axis.  The X axis, Y axis and Z axiscan move simultaneously.  The W1 and W2axis are synchronous axes, enabling automatic tool changing and automaticmilling head changing.  They are ideallyused for the multi operation cutting, such as milling, drilling, reaming,boring and tapping of the big tank type work piece, and are used in theindustries of petrochemicals, refrigeration, metallurgy, shipping building,military and aerospace for the five face machining.

StructuralFeatures
The X axis is equipped with a non backlash gear box, matching to the bigmodulus rack made in Germany,ensuring high transmit accuracy, super load capacity and endurance. The CNC gantry machining centerwith movable beam and movable column has five facial automatichead changing mechanism, enabling the high efficiency head changing and highaccuracy machining.  The moving beam ispositioned with double scale.  However,it is hydraulically multi point clamped with the columns, providing the optimumgantry stiffness.  A range of options,including the right angle head, universal head, extension head, angular millinghead, are offered to satisfy the unique requirements of the customers.
