The CNCcoil processing system, flying shearing line is used todecoil, level, shear the metal coils of different specifications into the flatplate with required length and width. It is used for processing coldrolled plate, galvanized plate and color-coated plate.
Features
This series flying shearing line shears materialsfor 150 times per minute, whose maximum operating speed is 80m/min. Usingthe six-layer multi-roll leveler, the processing system can ensure the sheet willbe flat and without scratch. The flying shear is driven by theservo motor with a high shearing accuracy. The double-station stacking systemcomes with quick and effective work, and the friendly man-machine interface isalso used.
