Description
The CNC cantilever flame and plasma cutting machine is fully compatible withthe PC of the CNC gantry cutting machine. It can be applied to cut any plane and geometric figure.  It can also be used, in line with clients’ needs for flame cutting, plasma cutting, fine plasma cutting, etc.

Features
1. The beam is designedwith a single-arm rotation type structure. The stress is relieved and a linear guideway is used.  It features high strength, excellentrigidity, sound stability, high precision, and it can be hardly deformed.
2. A Panasonic digital AC servo system is used as the driving system.
3. The numerical control system is used with the Stuart (SH-2000).  We can also customize in line with clients’ requirements.
4. The CNC cantilever flame and plasma cutting machine embodies the functionsof autoignition, automatic punch and automatic capacity control.  An automatic arc voltage adjusting device canbe equipped for plasma cutting.
5. For dry-type plasma cutting, the ThermadyneCutmaster 151or other brand products can be equipped as the power source.
