1. After installation of temperature controller, adjust the temperature switchon the panel to the upper limit value of required temperature
2. Connect sensor, power supply and electric heater according to the connectiondiagram of temperature controller, and then pressthe power switch on the panel
3. The actually measured temperature value of the sensor will be displayed.When the measured temperature value is lower than the set value, the heaterwill perform heating operations; however, it will stop heating by breakingcontact when the temperature value reaches the set value. When temperature is 1.5℃ lower than the set value,the temperature controller will reconnect the heater to start heatingoperations.

Notes
1. The temperature sensor should be installed in a locationwhere it can correctly reflect the actual temperature of the temperaturecontrol point.
2. If wire length of temperature sensor exceeds one meter, please usethree-wire connection to increase measuring precision. Use two-wire connectionif the wire is shorter.
3. When heating load of the temperature controller is greater than 2kW, pleaseconnect it to AC contactor to extend power.
4. Place the temperature controller in an environment where there is rainproofand no serious pollution, so as to prolong its service life.
