OtherConsiderations
The manufacture of the pile is largely in the hands ofthe operator and there needs to be adequate monitoring of concrete / grout flowand pressure, as well as the extraction rate of the flight, so as to becompletely satisfied that the piles are made correctly.
In sandy soils below the water-table there is a reduction in soil strength inthe immediate vicinity of the pile due to the drilling operation. As a resultof this, the load / deflection performance of a CFA pile is inferior to that ofa driven pile.
The steel reinforcing cage is inserted into the wet concrete / grout after thepile is cast.
Soil falling off the flight can contaminate the concrete / grout of the pileshaft.
CFA piles have to be cast to ground level. This results in waste of concreteand excess trimming if there are deep cut-off levels.
There is very limited indication of soil strength during the drillingoperation.

MainStructure of CFA Rig:
1. Pillar:
Our CFA equipment adopting heavy duty square structure form, equipped railslippery course in the front as the guidance of the movement in the power head.There is top pulley in the upper, used to make power head, reinforcing cage upsand downs.
2. Diagonal bracing
Its upper and lower parts splice with the pillar andplatform, through hydraulic oil cylinder make diagonal bracing adjustable,realizing the starting work after mechanical crane tower 75 degree angle andthe falling work after falling tower 15 degree angle. The screw thread canadjust the size of diagonal bracing, realizing the front and back, left andright of pillar adjustment.
3. Chassis
Hydraulic chain track chassis, high automaticity,with the foot mechanism and swing mechanism, to walk and turn 360
4. Control cabin
The control cabin adopts the thin slab structure. Andall control push buttons and handles are placed on the control panel in thecontrol cabin.
5. Hydraulic control system
Adopting four leg cylinders, two up tower oil cylinder and a walking oilcylinder to manipulate piling machine rotary, rising and falling tower andwalk.
6. Electric control system
The electric control system controls operating modesof hoist, power head and main pump.
