Feature and Application
CATV UPS EX-0614 aims at the distribution system of cable TV and broadband LAN. Confronted with situations like the failure of main power supply, spikes and surge of the power grid, voltage sag, noise and low power, this UPS provides stable and clean power supply on and on for network equipment. It offer enough delay time (6-8hours), which ensures the operation reliability of the whole network. The entire PCB is designed to be antiseptic and external insulating so that CATV UPS can be applied in the damp, rainy and dewing environment of the outdoors and coastal areas.

How Does it Function?
When main power supply fails or becomes abnormal, CATV UPS will immediately transformed into inverting operation with zero voltage switching so as to keep the load running. During this process, constant voltage transformer will continue to output power. The reserve battery group of the mains discharges electricity to provide ongoing power supply until the battery voltage reached the protection value. When the main power supply recovers, the UPS will monitor the main power supply automatically and transform into main power supply operation mode smoothly without inverting the phase in ten seconds. As soon as this process is over, battery charger will automatically charge for the battery group in order to guarantee abundant power storage.

SPI: The terminal output interface of SPI is standard cable-exclusive interface made by stainless steel materials. The interface is removable and of bolt shape, which makes the fastening of the box more convenient.
