C Purlin RollForming Machine

Production Process
Our C-purlin roll forming machine completes the whole production processstarting from planning until the finished product arrives.  We begin with decoiling the steel plates andfeeding the raw steel material into the machine.  Next, the rolling forming begins byaccurately processing the length measurement of the product and cutting itaccordingly.  The process finishes byputting out the roll formed C purlin material.

The roller and shafter are made from 45# steel and the stand is made from 350 H steel.

Equipment Maintenance
Maintenance of our C purling roll forming machine is quite easy.  We recommend that you regularly feedlubricant to the machine gear, chain and moving parts to reduce friction andavoid rusting.  Make sure the power linesare properly connected before starting the machine and a regular intervals,change the gear oil and hydraulic oil.
