Descriptions of C Channel Steel:
C channel steel is made through the process of cold bending high tensile steel plates. It has uniform thickness and an adjustable size. The purline has a strong ability to resist pressure. Though the processed C channel steel is light and handy, it is fit for use as purline.
By using C channel steel, the weight of the house can be reduced and the quantity of steel needed is less. Since it is economical and efficient, it has gradually substituted angle steel, channel steel and steel tube, etc.
C channel steel, used with light metal tile, is quite suitable for light steel buildings.

Characteristics of C Channel Steel:
1. The C channel steel has light self weight. This significantly reduces the seismic acting force and manufacturing cost.
2. The C purline is of high strength and has large bearing weight and large usable area with little amounts of steel needed.
3. The purline need to be trimmed, punched and paint sprayed before put into use. All these processes can be finished in the processing factory. Users just need to transport them to the construction site and install them directly.
4. The thickness of the steel plate is 1.5mm-3.0mm with a width of 50mm-250mm. Length is limited by the length of the transportation vehicle. In general, the length is not more than 12m.
