The PC2000 I-C automatic cap screwing machine is designed with three pairs of frictional wheels for a rubbing type of cap screwing. The cap screwing type will not damage the cap surface and the degree of tightness can be adjusted at will. The machine can automatically detect those that are not screwed properly and remove them, ensuring the screwing quality. The machine is well suitable for bottles of various specifications. The cap changing process is quite easy and convenient; operators just need to adjust the hand wheel and screwing group. This saves working hours and improves working efficiency. Pneumatic bottle unscrambling is used. The unscrambling type features automatic lift feeding, low noise, and can avoid noise pollution caused by electromagnetic oscillation and reduce electricity consumption. As for the control system, it is designed with a programmable logic controller (PLC) and frequency control of motor speed. Due to the photoelectric control, the automatic cap screwing machine can detect the problems of a missing bottle or blocking. The automatic cap screwing machine is equipped with an automatic lift bottle unscrambling device whose feed bin is quite large, reduces capping frequency, reduces labor intensity and ensures stable and reliable operation.
