Usage Instructions on the Ceramic Sharpening Rod
1. Hold the handle and place the other end of the ceramic sharpening rod on a solid surface. Apply a slightly downward pressure to avoid slippage during use.
2. Place the blade heel at the top of the sharpening rod at preferred 20 degrees angle. Drag the entire length of the blade from the heel to the point and repeat the action 2-3 times. Do the same to the other side of the blade.
We recommend using the sharpening rod for blade sharpening once a week to keep your knife sharp all the time.
3. After sharpening, clean the knife with water or wiper and dry it after use. Clean the ceramic sharpening rod using a non-abrasive brush.
