Descriptionsof Bread Improver:
1. Ingredients: Corn starch, soybean meal, soybeanfiber, emulsifier, VC, fungal amylases, hemicellulase;
2. Dosage: 0.3-0.5 of the amount of flour;
3. Usage: Mix the bread improver, flour, yeast and other dry ingredients wellfirst; then add water and stir well.
4. Packaging: 1kg10/carton;
5. Shelf life: 18 months in dry and cool places (seal preservation after use);
