Flotation Process

The flotation process is commonly used for separation of both ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal materials, such as copper ore, zinc ore, lead ore, nickel ore, gold ore, and so on.

Processes
The ores are firstly roughly crushed by a jaw crusher, and then the materials are delivered to a ball mill via a feeding system for further crushing and grinding. Next, ball mill grinded materials will be conveyed to a spiral classifier for classifying. After that, the classified materials are sent to a flotation machine, and different types of medications are added into the materials according to the material property, and finally, the materials are separated with each other. After concentration and filter pressing, the final products are achieved.
