The SJ series co-rotating twin screw extruder comes with modular assembly of elements. The combination form of the components can be changed to meet technical requirements of different materials of customers.

The transmission case, with advanced design and compact structure, provides high rotation speed, high torque output and stable running. The extruder barrel is made of wear-proof alloy a301, with hardness of HRC60-64. Using high-speed tool steel W6Mo5Cr4Vo2, the screw of the co-rotating twin screw extruder is vacuum hardened to HRC58-62 to offer strong wear resistance and long life. The barrel temperature utilizes digital control system to realize accurate temperature control automatically. The extruder head is fixed with the thermocouple for melt temperature measurement and the pressure transducer to inspect and control the extrusion process, which makes the machine meet technical requirements of various material processing.
