Our cold rolled precision seamless steel tube comes with outer diameter ranging from 10mm to 220mm, and wall thickness ranging from 0.8mm to 16mm. It has very smooth inner surface and high precision sizes. To illustrate, surface roughness (Ra) of the inner pipe wall can be 0.4, and the dimension tolerance class can be H8 and H9.

1) The tube is made using quality carbon steel material. After cold rolling process, it is given nondestructive test, and coated with antirust oil to ensure reliable performance.
2) Both the inner and outer wall of the cold rolled precision seamless steel tube have high thickness accuracy and excellent surface roughness (Ra= 0.2 - 0.6).
