Boom Sprayer 3WP300- 3WP500
ORIOLE boom sprayer is used together with the tractor of which the power is over 12.3KW (18 hp) to spray chemical herbicides, pesticides, or fertilizer, etc. It is mainly used for soil treatment, seedling herbicides and pest control of wheat, soybeans, corn, rice, cotton, potato and other crops as well as herbs, grass, garden flowers and other plants. Also, ORIOLE boom sprayer is applicable for using in golf courses, soccer fields and other grasslands that require efficient insecticide spraying in a wide area.
Since our ORIOLE boom sprayer has such features as convenient installation and operation. It has been exported to many countries such as USA, Brazil, Germany, Turkey, Austria, Greece, Netherlands, Thailand, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Myanmar, and Morocco, to name a few.
Note
1. Operators must be trained well before operating the boom spraying machine, and should wear protective equipment to avoid being poisoned.
2. Operators should do operations comply with the safety instructions provided by pesticide manufacturer, while using the boom sprayer to spray pesticides. Meanwhile, spraying equipment operators are strictly prohibited to touch the drug liquid directly. Once the liquid splashes out onto body part, they should immediately rinse the part with clean water.
3. ORIOLE boom sprayer is not designed to spray strong acid, strong alkali and other special liquid materials.
4. No one is permitted to stand beside the boom sprayer or within the spreading area of the machine when it is being started or in operation. This can avoid the body injuries may caused by the boom mechanism.
5. The belt conveyance equipment, which is used for connecting the flywheel in the front area of tractor and the flywheel in the triplex plunger pump, may wind the hands or arms. Hence, when you start or operate the boom sprayer, please don’t your hands, body, clothing, and other things touch these areas to avoid injuries.
The danger of belt conveyance equipment is identified in the form of security warning signs, so as to alert and remind operators.
6. The universal joint conveyance equipment, which is used for connecting the tractor and diaphragm pump, may wind the arms. Operators should pay attention to the safety of arms when they start or operate the boom sprayer to avoid injuries.

7. Since the mist generated by the boom sprayer is very light and is easily affected by wind power, it is better for the operators to walk in upper part of the wind when they carry out the spraying operation in order to minimize the harm that may caused by drug contamination.
