Main Frame

7. The 4-hole axis localizer prevents the vibration table from moving in ahorizontal direction.
Feeding System
1. A number of staggered rakes ensure the rawmaterials are evenly distributed and fed.
2. The compulsory continuous-rotation feeding device makes a second-time brokenarch, which quickens the raw material feeding.
3. The push-pull feeding system makes the concrete distribute well and ensuresthe product at same density and height.
4. The push-pull feeding system uses double hydraulic cylinders drive.

Demold Device
1. The up and down of the mold frame iscontrolled by two underslung oil cylinders under the machine.

Mold Features
1. The mold frame is made of 55# manganese steeland the tamper head is made of 16# manganese steel.
2. The mold frame is made with inlaid structure and mold is processed via theprocedures of carburizing, nitriding and quenching which guarantee the strengthof the mold core. The mold surface could be HRC52-HRC62.
3. The lifespan of mold is not less than 100 thousand times.
Hydraulic System
1. The hydraulic system takes advantage of thehydraulic and electrical control relief valve, which can control every movementand speed of equipment.
2. It uses vibrating and pressing molding mode to ensure good density andcharacter.
