Blister Packer and cartoning Machine

This packaging line combined the blister packing machine andthe cartoning machine, It iswidely used for packing tablets,
capsules and other similar shape solid articles with alu-plasticsblister and put the blister pack into the carton further in
pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff industries. The machine can finish thefollowing actions automatically: Plastic (PVC)
blister forming, automatic material feeding, feeding detecting, PTP alu-foil press and heat-sealing, press the batch number
& perforation and punching. Automatic folding (1~4 folding) and conveyingof manual leaflet, automatic material categorizing
and feeding, automatic paper carton spreading, manual leaflet and material areloaded into carton automatically, synchronous
(3-row) batch number printing, automatic paper carton sealing, automatic wastereliminating.
Features:
The whole line use advanced digital servo system to realize multi-axis highlyprecise
synchronous operation. This system has high proof-noise performance andreliability.
Adopt man-machine interface, alarm and monitoring system, it can make thesystem
recover soon from the failure status.
Adopt advanced camera detecting and rejecting system to ensure better qualityproduct.
It can realize stepless speed regulation on severalmotors via switching of control
programs. Adjusting the operating speed of each mechanism via change the speed
ratio to keep the production capacity of each main machinesame.
On the whole line, the sensor monitoring and detection, overloading protection,failure
diagnosis indication & automatic stop etc. are equipped.
All the mechanical parts are in same step, with flexible coupling, and hasstrong anti-
impact; it is easy to adjust and maintain,changeover the machine parts.
The line adopt computer control system, has good user-friendly operatinginterface.
The whole line has setup the separating connection of the clean area and theunclean
it\'s conforms to GMP requirements.
