DPB-250C/ANTZ-100

Our blister machine with cartoning machine is produced to decrease the cost and packing products cross pollution. The main part of our line is the DPB series blister packaging machine which connects the ANTZ series cartooning machine through a conveyor device. Working together, they make blister packing, unqualified products rejection, folded leaflets and sealing cartons. The blister machine with cartoning machine is able to pack capsules, tablets and ampoules into AL/PVC or Paper/PVC blisters then connect with the cartooning machine.

1. Our blister machine with cartoning machine finishes automatic production and reduces the number of operators.
2. Using the PLC human interface control system, our blister machine with cartoning machine is simple, reliable and easy to operate. The control system ensures the two machines finish their own work.
3. The blister machine is equipped with automatic checking, lack of plate marking and waste plate eliminating devices which make sure the percentage of finished products reaches up to 100%. If there are no cartons and sheets in the cartooning machine, the machine will automatically pause until it is replenished with the required material.
