Mainly composed of epoxy resin, bitumen, solvents, firming agents, pigments and fillers, the high solid paint is packaged as component A and component B, the latter of which is universal hardener. With resistance to rust and chemical corrosion, our bituminous epoxy paint also has excellent physical and mechanical properties. For example, it features resistance to water, sea water, abrasion, salt fog, heat and temperature shock. Also, the high solid bituminous epoxy paint provides desirable insulation, and effectively prevents water penetration, bio-incising, and stray currents. The high solid paint is applied to outer walls of buried pipelines, inner walls and bottom of liquid tanks, as well as concrete, steel structures underwater or in dry and wet alternate area, for corrosion prevention.
