Usage
TSMH series vacuum mixer homogenizer is widely used in processing the cream products in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. It is specifically used for emulsifying the material to make viscidity thicker and solid content higher. This machine is designed according to the advanced technology for cosmetic and ointment production. The machine has many components, including a pretreatment tank, vacuum, emulsification mixing tank, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, material discharging system, electric control system and working platform etc.

4. Vacuum mixer homogenizer employs fast cutting vortex type emulsification blenders which scrape and blend in a low speed and cling to the tank wall and bottom.

6. Working procedure operated under vacuum status, preventing material from bubbling after high speed blending, thus meeting requirements of sanitation and asepsis
7. The part of the vessel contact with the material is made using SUS316L (SUS304) S.S. Inner surface of the vessel adopts mirror polishing. In order to ensure the stabilization of the electric control part, Siemens electric control part, Japan Fuji button switch, Panasonic inverter and Siemens vacuum pump are used
