Usage Instructions on the Diamond Sharpening Steel
1. Place the plastic tip end on a solid surface and hold the sharpening steel with a slightly downward pressure to avoid slippage while sharpening.
2. Place the heel of your blade at the top of the sharpening steel at a preferred 20 degrees angle. Sharpen the knife from heel to the point and repeat the action 2-3 times. Turn to the other side of the knife until the blade is sharp. We recommend using the diamond sharpening steel for your knife sharpening once a week to keep your knife sharp all the time.
3. After above steps, clean the knife with water or wiper and dry it after use. Clean the diamond sharpening steel with a non-abrasive brush.

Caution
1. Keep stable when sharpening.
2. Prevent falling from height when using.
3. Put the knife sharpening steel and/or knife beyond the reach of children.
