Brief Introduction on the Whetstone

Usage Instructions on the Whetstone
1. Immerse the whetstone in water for 5 minutes before use, and then put it on a steady, flat surface.
Hold the knife at an angle of 10 - 30° to the whetstone surface, and then grind the edge on the surface of whetstone back and forth with a gentle pressure, and sharpen it until the edge is sharp enough.
We recommend using the whetstone for knife sharpening once a week to keep your blade sharp all the time.

2. Please wipe the knife or tool with wet cloth or rinse it with water after sharpening, and then dry it. Clean the whetstone surface with a soft brush and let it air dry.

Caution
1. Use the whole surface of the whetstone to keep the consistency when sharpening knives.
2. Protect the stone well and avoid it falling down from a height.
3. The sharpening result is much better when using with sharpening oil.
4. Put the whetstone and/or knife beyond the reach of children.
