Descriptions of Auxiliary Stationary RAP Recycling Plant
1. RLBZ series of Asphalt Recycling Plants are modified by adding building-attached asphalt recycling equipment on the basis of existing asphalt mixing plant, in so doing that can improve usage rate of the original plants and reduce investment in purchasing extra equipment.
2. The work for heating recycled materials (mainly refer to asphalt) is done and finished in a specialized drying drum.
3. The RAP Recycling plant mainly comprises RAP Feeding System, Materials Lift System, Drying System, Hot Recycling Materials Storage Bin and Weighing System, Pipes for Absorbing Harmful Gas, Control System and so on.
4. Some of our clients, such as Zhejiang Zhongli Project Co., Zhejiang Qianchao Road Project Co., also including some from Shandong province, have witnessed our successful transformation for their existing asphalt mixing plants.
