Description of products
- 1The welding manipulator could be divided into light medium,heavy,and super-heavy according to weight-bearing,effectively streching and up/down stroke.
2Structurestationary,stationary and revolve,moving and revolve.
3Cross-section of boom and colum is calculated scientifically.Drooping of boom along horizontal travl is 2mm/m.
4Boom lifting device has anti-falling device,of ratchet structure,safe and reliable.
5Boom end has cross-sides,which can be controlled thru manual pendant.
6Control roller has eccentric shaft,which can decrease clearance between roller and rail.
7Column revolve unit has motor-driven and manual drive.
8Control unit includes control board and pendant,interface with positioner and turning rolls also prepared.
