In addition, motors are also used in many places where electricity works such as personal computers and household electrical appliances (including air conditioners, washing machines, etc.)

Our company specializes in producing many parts that constitute a motor, like stator, rotor, as well as motor shaft and shell. With high precision equipment such as a slitter, nine automatic punch presses as well as other hydraulic machines and testing equipment, we are able to provide professional motor core processing and customization service for customers. We now produce silicon steel cores whose diameters are ≤400mm and thicknesses are 0.2-1.2mm. With an annual production of 18,000 tons, we are able to fulfill customers’ any sized orders quickly.

In order to achieve customer satisfaction, we strictly control the quality of motor cores we produce. Due to our high precision equipment and stringent quality control measures, we are able to produce a motor core with an inner diameter tolerance of ≤0.015mm, outer diameter tolerance of ≤0.013mm, concentricity of ≤0.03mm, perpendicularity of ≤0.01mm (stacking height ≤100mm) and burr of ≤0.03mm. We can also make a motor shaft with diameter of ≤Φ35mm and outer diameter tolerance of ≤0.003mm.
