Configuration and Working Process
Yajue range of automatic on-linecutting equipment is primarily composed of on-line automatic sawing and cuttingmachine, automatic conveying equipment, automatic material unloading system andautomatic stacker. According to driving type, the cutting machine comes withmechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

During continuous extrusion process, a position-adjustable photoelectric sensoror a position-limiting plate can be used to set the length of extrudedproducts. When the extruded products reach the pre-set length, theon-line cutting machine starts working to cut off the products, and then, it will return to its original position. The working cycle is repeated.
After that, the cut extrusions are transferred to a felt roller viapneumatically controlled brackets, and then the electrical motor driven feltroller will send the extrusions to a roller table. Finally, through the pneumaticbrackets on the roller table, the extrusions are delivered to a rack and thenare stacked.

Then theelectrical motor driven felt roller will send the extrusions to a roller table.Finally, through the pneumatic brackets on the roller table, the copper extrusionsare delivered to a rack and then are stacked.
