This line mainly consists of bottle arranging & conveying device, multi-head filling machine, sealing machine, conveyer and autocontrol system etc. As a high-efficient multi-function filling machine, it has the functions of auto bottle arranging, conveying, positioning, filling with a fixed quantity, and capping.
Features of Automatic Liquid Filling Line (Straight Type):
1. Being fed and positioned by star tray, it adopts plunger pump to fill with a fixed quantity.
2. The bottles are conveyed by the conveyer, and automatically capped by the capping device or mechanical finger. The torsion force of the screw-capping device is adjustable to suit different tightness of the caps.
3. Adopting PLC and man-machine interface (touch screen), it is easy to operate.
4. Thanks to its smart detection system and detecting elements, it will give an alarm and shut down the machine when any error occurs.
5. According to user\'s requirement, it can be separately used or matched with other machines, such as packing machine, coding machine etc.
